Energy Healing - Usui Reiki Sessions
Reiki is a method of stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The literal translation is from the Japanese word representing Universal Life Energy. Energy is directed in a particular pattern thru light touch to heal and harmonize the meridians of the body. Reiki seeks to restore order to the body whose vital energy has become unbalanced. Reiki energy has several basic effects: it brings about deep relaxation, destroys energy blockages, detoxifies the system, provides new vitality, and increases energy as well as provides a deep sense of calm.
